McEwen and Golden Lake Complete Business Arrangement

McEwen Inc. and Golden Lake Exploration Inc. have finalized their business combination via a statutory arrangement. Golden Lake's key asset, the Jewel Ridge projects in Nevada, is located near McEwen's Windfall and Lookout Mountain within the Gold Bar Mine Complex. Historical drilling at Jewel Ridge reported notable gold grades, promising further development in conjunction with McEwen's operations.

As part of the arrangement, Golden Lake shareholders received McEwen shares based on a specified exchange ratio. Additionally, Golden Lake's warrants and notes were converted into shares. Golden Lake's shares will be delisted from the Canadian Securities Exchange, and it will cease its reporting issuer status.
