GoldenPeaks Capital Expands Solar Portfolio in Poland
On January 17, 2025, GoldenPeaks Capital announced the successful acquisition of 400MW of ready-to-build solar assets in Poland. This move further solidifies the company's position in the Polish solar energy market. The assets were acquired between December 2024 and January 2025 and add to GoldenPeaks' existing portfolio through planned acquisitions and self-developed projects.
The solar sites are primarily located in western and northwestern Poland, with some distributed throughout the country, varying in size up to 58 MW. With these acquisitions, GoldenPeaks aims to exceed 1GW of solar projects in Poland by 2025. The company currently has 1.7 GW of projects in development and plans to add another 300MW RtB by the end of Q1 2025.
