Change in the Chairmanship of GRAMMER AG's Supervisory Board

On December 16, 2025, GRAMMER AG's Supervisory Board announced the election of Dr. Markus Lauer as its new Chairman. Dr. Lauer, a current member of the Supervisory Board, will assume the role starting January 1, 2026. He takes over from Dr.-Ing. Ping He, who is stepping down for personal reasons. Dr.-Ing. Ping He will remain a member of the Supervisory Board until the end of his term in 2030.

This personnel change reflects a planned transition within the company's leadership structure. The decision was made during a recent Supervisory Board meeting. GRAMMER AG remains committed to maintaining the board's expertise and continuity during this transition period.
