Granite Creek Copper Sells Hydrogen Projects to Buscando Resources

Granite Creek Copper Ltd., a Vancouver-based company, has announced a sale and purchase agreement with Buscando Resources Corp. This deal involves the sale of Granite Creek's subsidiary, Element One Hydrogen Corp., which includes the Union Bay and Star Projects along with the Element One Hydrogen brand. The transaction is valued at $150,000 CDN, and is expected to close within 30 days.

Granite Creek will maintain the rights to re-imbursement for work completed on the Star project, funded by the NRCan research project in collaboration with Kemetco Research. It will also retain rights to payments associated with the company's option agreement with 1508260 B.C. Ltd.

Focused on critical minerals exploration in North America, Granite Creek owns significant projects in Canada's Yukon Territory and central British Columbia.
