Green Street has launched its new MCP Server, powered by GreenStreetAI™, aiming to link proprietary CRE intelligence with widely used AI platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Announced on August 11, 2026, this initiative seeks to streamline access to Green Street's data and insights within the familiar AI tools corporate users already depend on.
The MCP Server is built on the Model Context Protocol, providing seamless integration. It offers users access to Green Street's extensive datasets without the need for manual data management. At launch, the server supports data spanning the U.S., Canada, Europe, and parts of Australia, providing pre-built prompts for quick information retrieval.
