Ben Isenberg will oversee the BeraStrategy as Chief Investment Officer, while Bruce Linton and Billy Levy join the board.
The transaction involves class A stock sales, intending proceeds for BERA acquisition and corporate objectives. Completion is anticipated by October 23, 2025. Greenlane’s stock remains on Nasdaq (GNLN) as the strategy rolls out, aiming for transparency and ecosystem engagement.
