Grenke Reports EUR 1.6 Billion in New Business for H1 2025

Grenke AG has announced a growth in its leasing new business, reaching EUR 867.4 million in Q2 2025, up 9.8% from Q2 2024. The company's Contribution Margin 2 (CM2) increased by 13.5% to EUR 148.6 million, with the CM2 margin surpassing previous year levels at 17.1%.

The German and French markets were significant growth contributors, with Germany and France accounting for substantial portions of the total new business volume. Overall, Grenke achieved EUR 1.6 billion in new leasing business in the first half of 2025.

IT equipment remained the largest category of lease objects, representing 26.3% of all contracts. Additionally, the deposit business grew by 6.0%, totaling EUR 2,364.1 million by the end of June 2025.

While Grenke's growth remained strong in key regions, the Northern/Eastern Europe region experienced a slight decline of 1.1%. Factoring new business also saw a decrease of 8.9%.
