Grid Battery Metals Inc. Initiates 2025 Exploration with Hardline Exploration
On May 20, 2025, Grid Battery Metals Inc. announced awarding a 2025 exploration contract to Hardline Exploration for its copper-gold property in British Columbia. Hardline, a Smithers-based geological consulting firm, specializes in complex exploration projects and collaborates with local contractors and First Nations.
The exploration will focus on two of five claim blocks in the Omineca region, known for copper-gold potential and favorable infrastructure. Grid's claims span 27,525 hectares, strategically located near notable sites like NorthWest Copper Corp's projects and Centerra Gold Inc.'s assets.
Grid plans preliminary exploration consisting of assaying, trenching, sampling, and geophysics on the Jupiter and Starlight blocks. Results are expected by fall 2025.
