Grid Metals Corp. Secures Permit for Falcon West Drill Exploration
Grid Metals Corp. has obtained a drill permit from Manitoba to explore its Falcon West Lithium/Cesium Property. Located 110 km east of Winnipeg, the company plans to commence drilling in September. This marks the first focused effort to delineate a cesium zone in the area.
The target is the Lucy South cesium zone, known for historical high-grade cesium values contained in pollucite. Cesium is a rare critical metal, vital for various applications such as defense and advanced solar panels. Grid Metals sees this project as a unique opportunity given the scarcity and demand for cesium.
