Grit Real Estate Income Group Announces Board Changes

Grit Real Estate Income Group, a pan-African real estate company, has announced a significant change in its Board of Directors. The current Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Gareth Schnehage, has resigned due to family commitments, effective 4 February 2026. His decision follows discussions with the Board about the operational needs of the CFO role, which requires relocation to Mauritius. Mr. Hugo Jordaan has been appointed as the new CFO and Executive Director. A Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience, Jordaan joined Grit in 2022 and has been instrumental in financial management and reporting. He previously held senior financial roles in Africa and brings substantial expertise to support Grit's strategic objectives.
