Grit Real Estate Income Group Confirms Temporary Trading Suspension
Grit Real Estate Income Group has secured approvals for a temporary suspension of trading of its ordinary shares. This follows a delay in the publication of audited financial results for the 18-month period ending December 31, 2025. The Financial Conduct Authority in the UK and the Stock Exchange of Mauritius have approved this suspension.
The trading halt will commence at 07:30 a.m. UK time on May 1, 2026, and at the start of trading on the SEM on May 4, 2026. Grit intends to restore its listing following the publication of the financial results.
An extension for the release of these results has been approved. Grit is currently finalizing its accounts and will issue an update when a publication date is set.
