Grit Real Estate Income Group Schedules AGM and Announces Board Changes
Grit Real Estate Income Group will hold its Annual General Meeting on December 22, 2025, in Mauritius. Shareholders eligible to vote must be registered by December 18, 2025. The notice and proxy form are available online.

The company appointed MacIntyre Hudson LLP as auditors, marking a shift from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Grit is focused on debt reduction and asset disposal, engaging in key negotiations to sell non-core assets and enhance capital allocation.
