Resilience of half-year results for Grolleau
In the first half of 2025, Grolleau recorded revenue of €19.1 million, down from €22.6 million the previous year. Nevertheless, the company demonstrated its resilience with an EBITDA margin of 3.0%, higher than the initial expectations of 2.0%. This performance is attributed to rigorous cost management and the effects of the reorganization measures initiated at the end of 2024.
Operating expenses saw a notable reduction, amounting to €9.4 million, down 18.3% compared to 2024. External expenses and personnel costs also decreased, reflecting strict expense management. The group expects a return to growth in the second half, supported by a 50% increase in the order book.
The financial situation is improving, with shareholders' equity of €10.7 million and positive free cash flow of €0.7 million. The significant reduction in net financial debt to €2.1 million underlines the company's strengthening financial position.
