Aéroports de Paris SA Announces CEO Appointment Process
On January 20, 2025, Aéroports de Paris SA reported the French President's intention to appoint Philippe Pascal as the new Chairman and CEO of Groupe ADP. The National Assembly and Senate's leaders will soon be consulted for their opinions on this appointment, as outlined in the constitutional process.
Until the process concludes, Augustin de Romanet will remain in his dual role. The company's board, through the remuneration, nominations, and governance committee led by Sylvia Metayer, has been working for the past months to identify suitable candidates for this position.
Philippe Pascal, an Inspector General of Finances, has been with the company since 2013, with roles including Deputy Executive Officer focusing on finance, strategy, and administration since 2016.
