Airwell Group: 2024 annual results impacted by a deteriorating market
The Airwell Group has announced revenue of €50.6 million in 2024, down 22.1% from 2023. This decline is due to a challenging market environment in France and Europe, particularly in the construction sector, which is impacting the company's business. Despite this situation, Airwell is maintaining its investments in innovation to prepare for a market recovery.
Airwell saw its gross margin improve by 3.2 percentage points, reaching 35.9%. However, adjusted EBITDA fell to -€1.2 million, compared to €3.1 million the previous year. The company forecasts improved growth and profitability for 2025 thanks to its new offerings and products.
The first quarter of 2025 shows a 26.6% decline in turnover. Nevertheless, growth prospects are promising with the development of new products and supported by ADEME subsidies.
