Preparatory Documents for the CRIT Group General Assembly

Groupe CRIT has announced the arrangements for making available the preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting scheduled for June 6, 2025. Shareholders are invited to the Kyriad Hotel, Saint-Ouen, at 10:30 a.m. The agenda and draft resolutions were published in the BALO on April 25. The BALO and the Journal Spécial des Sociétés will publish the notice of meeting on May 16, 2025.

The necessary documents, in accordance with Article R. 22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, are available on the company's website. Shareholders can also request the documents by email or view them at the company's headquarters. These measures ensure complete transparency within the framework of current regulatory obligations.
