Exail Secures European Navy Contract for Mine Countermeasure Drones

Exail has secured a contract with a European navy to supply three light mine countermeasure drone systems. These systems are designed for rapid deployment from rigid-hulled inflatable boats, enabling naval forces to efficiently identify and neutralize underwater mines. While this contract is smaller than previous mine countermeasure programs awarded to Exail, it marks a new reference point for the company's light drone systems.

The systems incorporate Exail's UMIS technology, deploying a combination of SEASCAN identification drones and K-STER mine disposal drones. Operated by a crew of three, these systems suit operations in shallow waters and environments unsuitable for larger vessels.

This order reinforces Exail's leadership in underwater mine countermeasures and showcases its adaptability across operational scales. This flexibility expands the Group’s market reach within mine warfare.
