Exail Technologies Financial Calendar Update

Exail Technologies has announced the postponement of the publication of its first-half 2026 results. Initially scheduled for September 15, it will now take place on September 24 after market close. This decision is related to technical discussions with the auditors, particularly concerning a proposed merger with Thales.

Despite this postponement, the company reported positive preliminary results. Half-year revenue increased by 27% on a like-for-like basis. Current EBITDA rose by 43% to €63 million, while operating income increased by 61% to €46 million. However, working capital requirements increased by €70 million due to seasonal factors. Significant cash inflows are expected in the second half of the year.
