Exail Technologies Postpones Half-Year Financial Results Announcement

Exail Technologies has announced a delay in publishing its financial results for the first half of 2026. The results will now be released by October 10, 2026. This decision, agreed upon with statutory auditors, is due to the complex reassessment required for certain technically intricate financial instruments issued by the company's subsidiary.

Despite this postponement, Exail maintains confidence in its previously released figures and operational progress towards its potential acquisition by Thales. Key financial indicators include a revenue of €275 million for the first half of 2025, a 27% increase, and a current EBITDA of €63 million, a 43% rise. Income from ordinary activities reached €46 million, marking a 61% increase.

The company anticipates significant cash inflows in the latter half of 2026 despite increased working capital requirements.
