Groupe GORGE Achieves Strong Financial Performance in 2025

Groupe GORGE reported significant improvements in its financial results for the year 2025. The company's order intake reached a record €844 million, an impressive increase of 87% from the previous year. Revenues grew by 28% to €479 million, driven primarily by advancements in Exail Technologies' maritime robotics and navigation systems, contributing to nearly 80% of the group's revenue.

The group's current EBITDA rose by 40% to €103 million, indicating enhanced profitability, while the EBITDA margin improved to 23% in the second half of 2025. Operating income also saw a substantial growth of 75%, fueled by efficient operations and increased production capacity. Net cash flow from operating activities surpassed €100 million, supported by improved cash flow from operations and a positive change in working capital requirements.

Amid these achievements, the company managed to strengthen its balance sheet, aided by a €300 million fundraising in ODIRNANE instruments and continued deleveraging efforts. Exail Technologies' strategic positioning in defense systems, particularly maritime drones and high-performance navigation, positions the group for further growth in an evolving defense sector.
