Pierre et Vacances Group: Report on Voting Rights and Share Capital

The Pierre et Vacances Group, a public limited company with a capital of €4,619,722.71, has published its latest regulated press release regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its capital. As of May 31, 2025, the company registered a total of 461,972,481 shares. The same number is recorded for theoretical voting rights, before deduction of treasury shares.
