Rougier: Balance sheet of voting rights and shares as of September 30, 2025
The Rougier Group has communicated its balance sheet concerning the total number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital for September 30, 2025. The company, structured as a Public Limited Company with a Board of Directors, has a capital of 5,549,144.22 euros.
According to the press release, the total number of shares stands at 1,092,000. The total gross voting rights are 1,851,225, while the net voting rights, after deduction of shares stripped of voting rights, are 1,840,924.
