SFPI Group has published data concerning the total number of voting rights and shares in its share capital, in accordance with legal requirements. As of May 6, 2026, the total number of shares stands at 94,352,007. The number of theoretical voting rights is 161,098,467, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 158,951,893.
