TERA Group: 2025 Results and Strategic Reorientation

In 2025, the TERA Group posted EBITDA of €309k and consolidated net income of €16.7 million, boosted by the sale of its laboratories. Consolidated revenue decreased by 14% to €11,122k. The laboratories, sold in October, previously accounted for 84% of revenue. They contributed €8,001k over nine months in 2025. Simultaneously, the sensors business grew by 32%, reaching €2,789k, thanks to the international recognition of its NextPM products. The new data valorization business, launched in 2025, generated €332k.

Following its withdrawal from laboratory analysis, the TERA Group is refocusing on sensors and the digitalization of environmental data. Its future strategy is based on technological development for real-time air quality measurement.
