TERA Group postpones the publication of its 2025 accounts

The TERA Group, specializing in air quality measurement, has announced a further postponement of the publication of its 2025 annual accounts. Initially scheduled for April 21, 2026, the publication was delayed to April 30, then to May 12, due to ongoing audit work. The Board of Directors, meeting on the morning of May 12, noted that the consolidated accounts are not yet finalized.

To allow the auditors to complete their audit under optimal conditions, publication of the results is postponed until June 17, 2026, after market close. Furthermore, a shareholders' meeting is scheduled before July 31, 2026. The company has requested an extension from the Grenoble Commercial Court to organize this meeting.
