Gryphon Digital Mining Stockholders Begin Voting on Merger with American Bitcoin
Gryphon Digital Mining, Inc. and American Bitcoin Corp. have announced the commencement of stockholder voting on their proposed merger. The special meeting for Gryphon stockholders is set for August 27, 2025, with the Board of Gryphon unanimously recommending approval.
Subject to stockholder approval, the merger will see the combined entity operate under the American Bitcoin brand, trading on Nasdaq as "ABTC." The transaction is expected to finalize by early September 2025, pending the completion of customary conditions.
