Governance changes at GTT: new president and compensation policy
On October 23, 2026, GTT announced the resignation of Philippe Berterottière, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Catherine Ronge will succeed him, effective November 16, 2026. The Board of Directors set his compensation at its meeting.
Ms. Ronge will receive a fixed annual salary of €350,000, with no variable compensation. This amount is calculated based on her experience and skills, in accordance with the policy approved at the general meeting of June 16, 2026.
No variable compensation or severance pay is planned. However, she will be eligible for the health insurance and potentially supplementary pension plans offered by GTT.
