GTT has released information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of July 31, 2026. According to the published data, the total number of shares amounts to 37,117,772. This figure is also reflected in the total number of theoretical voting rights.

The total number of net voting rights, after deducting treasury shares, is slightly lower, reaching 37,079,367 voting rights. These figures are calculated in accordance with the articles of the French Commercial Code and the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
