Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. (GSilver) announced its promotion from Tier 2 to Tier 1 Issuer Status on the TSX Venture Exchange, effective February 14, 2025. This designation positions GSilver among the TSXV's top tier, indicating significant financial strength and operational progress. Tier 1 is reserved for companies demonstrating advanced development and robust financial resources.

In a strategic move to enhance investor engagement, GSilver has forged a research agreement with Epstein Research. This partnership, operational from the TSXV upgrade, aims to boost awareness over an initial three-month term. Epstein Research will promote GSilver through social media and online platforms, with a compensation of US$6,000, funded from GSilver's existing cash resources.
