Guanajuato Silver Files New Base Shelf Prospectus
Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. has announced the filing and receipt of a final short form base shelf prospectus with Canadian securities regulators. This new prospectus, effective from September 25, 2026, replaces the previous one that expired on September 21, 2026. It allows Guanajuato Silver the flexibility to offer up to $65 million in various securities over the next 25 months.
The CEO, James Anderson, stated that although there are no immediate plans to utilize the facility, securing the prospectus allows the company to explore future financing and growth opportunities.
The company clarifies that no agreements are currently in place for issuing these securities, and any potential offerings would depend on market conditions at the time.
