Changes within the Guerbet Board of Directors
On May 22, 2026, Guerbet announced changes to its Board of Directors. Antoine Fady was appointed Chairman of the Board, replacing Hugues Lecat. Fady, an engineer and former director of the Flint Group, brings expertise in the specialty and processing industries.
In addition, Emmanuelle Louvet, Vincent Dagommer, and Olivier Guerbet are joining the Board as representatives of the majority shareholder. These appointments result from the end of their terms or the resignations of their predecessors.
The Board of Directors now comprises nine members, three of whom are considered independent. Guerbet is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, reinforcing its commitment to its long-term growth strategy in the field of medical imaging.
