Guillemot Corporation Announces Changes in Governance

Carentoir-based Guillemot Corporation S.A., a leader in gaming accessories and digital audio, has announced a shift in its corporate governance. This follows the unfortunate passing of Claude Guillemot on June 19, 2026. To ensure continuity, the Board has appointed Christian Guillemot as Chairman, effective immediately. His appointment aligns with the company's governance rules for an orderly succession.

Valentin Guillemot remains the CEO, continuing his tenure since July 2025. Additionally, Victoria Guillemot, Claude's daughter, joins the Board on an interim basis, filling her father's position in compliance with Article L.225-24 of the French Commercial Code.
