Extraordinary General Meeting of Haffner Energy on December 29, 2025

Haffner Energy has announced that an Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on December 29, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at its registered office in Vitry-le-François. Shareholders will vote on several important resolutions at this meeting, including a reduction of the share capital through a reduction of the par value, as well as amendments to Articles 7 and 16 of the Company's Articles of Association. Powers of attorney will also be voted on to carry out the necessary legal formalities.

For those unable to attend in person, remote voting options are available, including proxy and postal voting. Assembly documents will be available upon request starting December 12, 2025.
