HAMBORNER REIT AG Revises Dividend Strategy

HAMBORNER REIT AG has announced a revision of its dividend strategy following a Supervisory Board meeting. The company's leadership has decided to lower the payout ratio to between 60% and 70% of the annual operating result, known as Funds from Operations (FFO). This adjustment comes amid increased cost estimates and the 2025 revenue forecast.

Previously, HAMBORNER had distributed an average of 76% of its annual FFO over the last decade. The new dividend range for 2025 is projected to be between €0.33 and €0.39 per share, based on a forecasted FFO of €44.0 million to €46.0 million.

The exact dividend will be determined after reviewing annual business figures, assessing company and market conditions, and exploring investment opportunities. Notably, the 2024 dividend proposal remains unchanged at €0.48 per share.
