HAMBORNER REIT AG Secures Long-term Tenant in Kiel

HAMBORNER REIT AG announced the extension of its lease agreement with Regus, a brand of International Workplace Group, at the Kiel property. The contract, initially set to end soon, has been renewed ahead of schedule, securing tenancy until 2035. This office property, located at Kaistrasse 90, spans approximately 6,700 square meters and has been part of HAMBORNER's portfolio since 2017.

Regus has been utilizing 2,000 sqm for flexible office solutions since 2018. Other tenants include major insurance firms like BARMER and Allianz. According to Sarah Verheyen, COO/CIO, this agreement underscores tenant satisfaction and highlights the importance of modern office properties in HAMBORNER's portfolio.

With this lease, the Kiel building remains fully occupied, increasing the average lease term to about 7.2 years.
