Hamilton Global Opportunities Exits MIAX Investment

Hamilton Global Opportunities plc (HGO) has announced the sale of the majority of its shares in Miami International Holdings, Inc. (MIAX) following a recent secondary public offering. HGO initially invested in MIAX in October 2021 and followed up with another investment in May 2022. The performance of MIAX since its initial public offering in August has allowed HGO to achieve its investment goals through this sale.

Gustavo Perrotta, CEO of HGO, stated that while the company remains supportive of MIAX's management, the share pricing met their objectives, prompting the decision to sell. This marks HGO's first major exit since its Euronext Growth listing in April 2021.
