Hamilton Global Opportunities sells its stake in MIAX

Hamilton Global Opportunities plc (HGO), a company listed on Euronext Growth, has announced the sale of a significant portion of its stake in Miami International Holdings, Inc. (MIAX). This sale took place through a secondary public offering of shares. Initially invested in October 2021, HGO increased its position in May 2022. Thanks to MIAX's strong performance, particularly since its IPO in August 2025, HGO has achieved its financial targets.

HGO founder and CEO Gustavo Perrotta emphasized that while they continue to support MIAX, the sale was timely to realize gains. This transaction marks HGO's first significant exit since its IPO in April 2021.
