HBM Healthcare Investments Announces Share Buyback Programme
HBM Healthcare Investments AG has launched a share buyback programme following approval at its Annual General Meeting on 23 June 2025. The programme allows for the repurchase of up to 674,000 shares, equating to 10% of the registered shares, intended for cancellation through a capital reduction.
The buyback will take place on the SIX Swiss Exchange through a designated trading line, with Zürcher Kantonalbank tasked to oversee the process. The initiative will start on 4 July 2025 and is set to conclude by 3 July 2028.
