HDF Energy: Declaration of Transactions in Own Shares

HDF Energy has announced the details of its recent transactions concerning the repurchase of its own shares, in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). These transactions, which took place on the Euronext market, extend from 6 to 10 January 2025.

On January 6, 318 shares were acquired at an average price of EUR 4.26. The following day, the volume increased to 862 shares with an average price of EUR 4.34. On January 8 and 9, 565 and 746 shares were repurchased, respectively, at average prices of EUR 4.41 and EUR 4.44. Finally, on January 10, 567 shares were acquired at EUR 4.30. This series of transactions reflects HDF Energy's capital management strategy.
