Information on HDF shares and voting rights

Hydrogène de France (HDF) published information on its capital and voting rights on May 15, 2025. As of April 30, 2025, the share capital consisted of 14,702,454 shares, with a theoretical number of voting rights of 26,698,689. The number of exercisable voting rights, which excludes treasury shares, stood at 26,463,590.
