The Rubis Group is leaving the Board of Directors of HDF Energy
Bordeaux, February 6, 2026 – Hydrogen de France (HDF) announced the resignation of the Rubis Group from its positions within the company. Rubis is ending its term as director and Rubis Energie its term as auditor, positions held since June 2021.
This announcement marks a change in the governance of HDF Energy, a key player in the hydrogen sector.
