HELIOS SOLAR AG has celebrated its entry to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's Regulated Market with a traditional Bell Ringing Ceremony. The inaugural trading price for its 30.4 million shares was set at EUR 4.15, translating to a company valuation of EUR 126.2 million. The share price remained robust, consistently trading above its issue price of EUR 4.00 during early transactions.
