FORVIA HELLA Approves €0.95 Dividend at Virtual AGM 2025

On May 16, 2025, HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Lippstadt, Germany. Shareholders approved a dividend payment of €0.95 per share, totaling €106 million, continuing the company's policy of distributing about 30% of net profits. The dividend reflects the company's financial performance in 2024, including a significant book gain from selling its 50% share in the former joint venture Behr-Hella Thermocontrol.

CEO Bernard Schäferbarthold highlighted the company's robust financial strength and commitment to future mobility. Despite challenging market conditions, HELLA surpassed €8 billion in sales for the first time. The AGM was held virtually, with 89.76% of share capital represented. All agenda items were overwhelmingly approved.
