FORVIA HELLA Shows Robust Performance in 2025

FORVIA HELLA reported stable revenue for fiscal year 2025, with currency-adjusted sales maintaining at €8.0 billion. However, exchange rate effects caused a slight decline of 2.1% in actual sales to €7.9 billion. Operating income saw a notable increase to €474 million from €446 million, lifting the operating margin to 6.0% from 5.6%.

The Electronics business was a major growth driver, with sales climbing 4.5% to €3.4 billion, fueled by heightened demand for radar and vehicle access systems. Conversely, the Lighting business faced an 8.3% decline due to project phase-outs. Meanwhile, sales in Lifecycle Solutions remained stable at €1.0 billion.

FORVIA HELLA enhanced its net cash flow significantly by 68% to €318 million, signaling improved financial health. For 2026, the company foresees challenges but plans to sustain agility, innovative practices, and regional diversification.
