Helvetia Group CFO and CRO Announce Resignations
Annelis Lüscher Hämmerli, the CFO of Helvetia Group, has announced her resignation. She will leave the Group Executive Board by April 2026 to focus on opportunities outside the company. Joining Helvetia in 2020, Lüscher successfully strengthened the group's financial management and maintained a strong financial position, noted by increasing dividends and a robust credit rating.
Bernhard Kaufmann, the CRO of Helvetia Group, will also resign. He plans to return to the reinsurance sector, stepping down from the Executive Board by 30 September 2025. Under his guidance, Helvetia's risk management became a critical function at the group level.
Helvetia's CEO, Fabian Rupprecht, expressed gratitude for their contributions. Information about their successors will be announced in due course.
