Helvetica Life Investment Foundation successfully completes its first bond issue
On December 16, 2025, the Helvetica Life Investment Foundation successfully closed the opening of its 'Nachhaltiges Suburbanes Wohnen Schweiz' investment group. The first issue attracted capital commitments of CHF 98 million, significantly exceeding the targets set.
Eleven Swiss pension funds participated, demonstrating strong interest in the project. The funds raised will be used to develop a diversified portfolio of sustainable buildings and development projects in well-connected suburban areas.
Markus Streckeisen, chairman of the foundation board, welcomes this achievement. Dominik Fischer, CEO of Helvetica, emphasizes the importance of a quality and sustainability-focused approach to delivering stable returns.
