HighCo: Availability of documents for the General Assembly

HighCo will hold its Combined General Meeting on May 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at its registered office in Aix-en-Provence. Shareholders can consult the documents relating to this meeting on the company's website. The preliminary notice, including the agenda and resolutions, has been available since April 20, 2026, in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) and on the HighCo website.

The notice of meeting was also published on May 6, 2026. HighCo is making the documents available in accordance with Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code. This meeting is an opportunity for shareholders to participate and vote according to the established procedures.
