HighCo Shareholding Update: Voting Rights and Shares Information
HighCo has released updated information regarding its shareholding structure, as of February 28, 2026. The total number of shares counts 20,455,403 with 1,071,028 being treasury shares without voting rights. The number of voting rights used for threshold calculation is 22,226,551, while the actual exercisable voting rights at shareholder meetings amount to 21,155,523.
This update conforms to Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of AMF regulations. The consistent total share number across December 31, 2025, January 31, 2026, and February 28, 2026, reflects a stable ownership structure.
