HighCo: Update of voting rights as of April 30, 2025

HighCo has published its monthly statement regarding the total number of voting rights and shares as of April 30, 2025. The number of shares comprising the capital remains stable at 20,455,403. However, there has been a slight increase in the number of shares without voting rights, from 809,380 in March to 810,840 in April. Theoretical voting rights for the calculation of thresholds amount to 22,284,457, while exercisable voting rights stand at 21,473,617.

This update is made in accordance with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. HighCo continues to be included in several stock market indices, demonstrating its presence in the financial market.
