Highlight Event and Entertainment AG Approves Board Proposals at AGM
Highlight Event and Entertainment AG, listed on the SIX Swiss Stock Exchange, successfully held its Annual General Meeting in Pratteln on June 25, 2025. Shareholders approved all proposals presented by the Board of Directors, indicating strong support.
Bernhard Burgener was re-elected as Chairman of the Board, continuing his leadership for another term.
